the room is furnished with carpet, bed, wardrobe, dresser….. i am a recycle advocate so cooker, fridge/freezer, beds, most other stuff is recycled rubbish or well used second hand so no modern luxuries here. NO PARTY PEOPLE are welcome so please don't ask. My neighbours are quiet, respectful, my street is peaceful and that is the way it will stay. 25 minutes to city centre by walking,15/20 minutes walk to Queens uni, leisure centre/sports clubs and shops are five minutes walk. I spend most of my spare time in the evenings at home relaxing and this is the way I like it so a quiet, respectful, thoughtful person is what I want to find...i prefer a female housemate.
