Rooms available in oldpark area of Belfast

I have a double room available in the oldpark area of North Belfast. There is a different bed to the one in the photo its new. This room is for one person only and there are no guests allowed and is for a woman preferably professional but I would consider a Masters or PHD graduate. Its about a mile and a bit to the city centre by bike or foot and is close to the new campus at University of Ulster on York St. Rent includes all bills. 20 mins walk into the city. The room has a double bed, set of drawers and a large wardrobe. The property has a washing machine, aga cooker and brand new bed. Hot water is constantly available. Women only.
