City Centre Flat

Looking for a person to continue my lease 3 months from 15th of June until 15th of September. The flat is on first floor of the building and the address is 29 College Square North. The flat has 2 bathrooms. The flat is fully furnished with living room, TV, table, washing machine, oven, fridge etc. The flat uses gas heating. You are going to be living with 2 young professionals, 1 Danish guy and 1 Slovenian girl. They both work at Concentrix. If you move in at 15th of June rent is 250 a month plus bills usually 15-30 pounds. If you decide to move later than 15th of June, rent will be 310. High speed Wi-Fi (30-35 mbs) is included in rent. Supermarkets like Tesco, Lidl, Pound land are 10 minutes away by feet and train station about 5 minutes walk. Also private parking available. And rubbish bins are on bottom floor.
