Room To rent Near Ormeau Park, Old Baker's Court

Hi, I have a double room available to rent in Old baker's Court, just beside Ormeau park.
It is a great, modern and furnished flat with spacious living room and added benefits like underground parking and even a personal gym just outside the door. Because of the modern construction of the apartment, Bills like electricity and heating are very low, with the
broadband/electricity/heating bills usually amounting to around 30£ per person a month in total.
The area is also in a convenient spot for getting to the city centre daily, taking me 10 minutes to reach by bike.
I am looking for a flatmate to rent the second double bedroom for 9 - 12 months starting in September.

about me... I am a 23 year old student and young professional studying Graphic Design at Ulster University. I enjoy cleanliness and living a peaceful life, with the occasional night out ^^
