Double room - all bills included

This is a double room on the 1st floor of the property. There is a guy living here Mon - Fri and then myself and my fiance (and our cat). We enjoy cooking and having a drink and socialising. We are easy to get along with and enjoy people's company. I am currently studying my Masters and working, and my fiance works full time (both from home at the minute). The house is relaxed with a nice atmosphere. I am a friend of the landlords and help look after the place for them.
