The property contains 2 living rooms one which I the landlord use and one you can have for yourself if you like watching something different or if you just need your own space really. There is a 4K TV with Wifi integrated in that room too provided for your entertainment and you can position the TV to your need as it's got an adjustable bracket to the wall :)

The property also contains a very spacious kitchen and bathroom which are shared. The heating is Gas so if you want warm water instantly it is great.

Finally, I have one cat :)
