Double furnished/partially furnished room in a semi detached house with washing machine/ tumble dryer and shared living space. The house also has a small office that can be used if working from home.

Rent cost does not include bills such as monthly electric and broadband.

The house is perfectly located for the bus route into the city and convenient to the motorway.

I currently live on my own with my 4 year old springer, so dog lovers are a must! Working 9-5 as an engineer.
I play rugby (taking up a few evenings a week) and a gym goer. so those with similar interests would be well suited!

Will consider short term periods if needed.
