Central Double Room with own bathroom

Hey - thanks for reading my ad ☺️ tried to give as much detail below as possible but shout if I can help answer any questions.

Your room: it has a double bed, with TV, tall double wardrobe, side cabinet, full length mirror and chest of drawers. You will also have your own bathroom as I have an ensuite. Both bathrooms are also booked in to be renovated in April to nice new fixtures and tiles.

Shared area: the house has fast broadband, BT TV, Netflix, Prime, and sky sports. There is a separate bar as an outbuilding which creates another nice living space. Heating can be controlled by smart phone. There's also a dish washer and tumble dryer and coffee machine. There's a third bedroom which I use as an office.

Transport: there's parking available. There's also a bus stop that goes to town literally 20m from the front door. Yorkgate train station is about a 15min walk. You could also walk into town if you're that way inclined. I've walked home many of times when there has been no taxis!

Me: I work as a corporate lawyer. Hours can be quite long during the week but I enjoy a glass of wine or beer in the evenings along with good TV, which is all you can do really in a pandemic 😬. At the weekends, I like to get out a bit further with the dog, maybe to cavehill or the mournes.

The dog: you will also be living with Austin, the labradoodle. He is very friendly and house trained. He doesn't shed hair.

You: I keep the house in pretty good shape so would be looking for someone that's tidy and is used to the same. Ideally some of a similar age, friendly and socialable. Males or females welcome.
