Large double room in Stranmillis for rent - double bed, wardrobe, desk, drawers and bedside table.
Sharing a house with three other students (one final year, one gap year and one placement year).
Tenancy is until the end of August and you’d be taking over the contract, all done officially through the landlord.
£280+bills which are about £30 per month.
My boyfriend and I are looking to move in together and so he needs another tenant to rent out his room.
Two bathrooms but the downstairs one is rarely used by anyone else so is pretty much exclusive to whoever is in room 1.
Preferable for another student to move in
Not a particularly loud household and everyone’s easy to get on with.
Five minute walk to Queen’s and not far from Lisburn road either.
