Hello, Large double room in share house going. Large living space, one bathroom with shower (on left in photo), and separate bathtub. Male or female. 240/month. Bills split 3 ways. (3 people full stop). Averages out to approximately 25/month each figuring in higher bills in winter, lower in summer. Available end June. Non smoker because one of us has asthma. Ormeau Park area. One male, one female living here now. Spacious house. One of us works, the other is retired, but active and often traveling, in normal times.
