Ground floor double bedroom - Annadale

We are two guys with an extra room to rent out and hopefully make new friends. We are looking to rent our ground floor double bedroom with access to ground floor toilet and shower. Room has a window out onto private back garden. Wardrobe and bed included (single bed at the moment but we have a double bed we can move into room).

Person should be a none smoker and animal lover, especially of cats. We have an indoor cat. Ideally a mature student, professional person who likes a quiet night in.

We would love for the person to spend time with us for food, drinks, social activities but we also respect individual space.

Parking is available in front of the house.

We welcome international housemates too as my partner is brazilian and would love to have someone else who can teach us about their culture.
