A year they’ve been build I think - the name of the apartment block being “the residence” - they are the best apartments in belfast in terms of comfort and style.
Underground parking is available and it’s really quiet in the apartment.

The apt is on the ground floor so there is a private sitting area for the apt outside a - along with a huge garden that can be shared with the apt next door - I have yet to share it yet I am the only person ever out there - unreal space.
