I'm currently looking for a flatmate to move into a bright, spacious double room in a 3-bedroom apartment by Titanic Quarter, Belfast.

The apartment itself is modern and large with great views overlooking Titanic Quarter.

Amenities include: underground parking, a large balcony, open-plan main space including living room with smart TV, kitchen, and an office for home working.

Location-wise we’re right in the City Centre, a short walk from shops, gyms, restaurants and nightlife.

Available for viewings immediately with a move in date of start to end of January.
