Lovely Bright Double Room in Excellent Location

Sadly our housemate is moving to Canada and are seeking a friendly housemate to live with us in East Belfast! We are two single gals who are clean and sociable. We are hoping for someone to join us for runs/walks and wines.

It is a bright victorian house with lots of period features. It is a 7 minute drive or 15 minute bus from city hall, with great transport links to city centre and Lanyon Place station (1.4 miles). It is also really close to Ormeau Park and lots of lovely cafes, restaurants and pubs.

There is a big kitchen diner, a bright living room with a large TV and a lovely garden which will be ideal for summer get togethers.

The room is a big bright double room with a double bed.

I have two cockapoos who are super friendly and house trained.

It is quiet residential area and I am keen to keep the neighbours on side! I also work primarily from home so this wouldn't be suitable for someone who is also working from home a lot.
