Double room, shared house

Thanks for taking a look at my 3 storey house where you will share with 1 other person and lots of space. Your room is a double room with lots of storage space and a fireplace. The house also has an additional room which can be used for an office, ideal if you are working from home. The bathroom has a large bath and electric shower with plenty of storage space also. The house is shared with one other female professional.

It is a nice quiet street, walking distance to city centre and frequent buses travel in/out city centre (5 mins away). The house is across the road from the waterworks, one of the nicest parks in Belfast and close to places to grab a coffee, Tesco and Asda and a few places for food/drink if you didn't want to venture into town. There is no designated parking but can always get parked in the street.
