Professional laid back guy, always up for a laugh, very sociable and enjoy entertaining.
Looking for someone who is also laid back, easy going, likes to socialise and be a part of the house dynamic.
I am a very tidy person and like to keep the house in good order, my only ask of a house mate is to be considerate and tidy up after themselves.
Bills are not included in the £600
This is not a party house, but we do socialise quite a bit and have people over for bbq’s and meals etc. So again whoever takes the room needs to be prepared for that.
Overall a great house and area to live, only 15 mins by bus to the city centre, something I do most days to work. Very close to belfast city airport and great links to all main motorways. There is a lovely Leisure centre just a 5 min drive away, and a fantastic CrossFit gym 5 mins drive away. Loads of nice coffee shops and takeaways literally a stones throw away too.
We have a south facing garden that gets the sun all day, so perfect for those summer evenings.
There is probably things I’ve missed out but happy to answer any questions.
