1 Double Bedroom for Rent - Finaghy

I'm a tenant in this apartment, and have a room to spare. Looking to find a suitable flatmate. Open to anyone really, ideally a working professional.

About me:
I am a relatively quiet, introverted person. I spend my time at work as a physiotherapist, going to the gym, engaging in Brazilian Jiu Jitsu training, and reading at home. Occasional gamer. I like to cook and like to keep a tidy kitchen and shared living area. Not into late nights and tend to be in bed early.

Potential flatmate:
Should be someone who keeps the place tidy, and cleans up after themselves. Not a big socialiser myself, so would appreciate a flatmate who won't want groups of people around. Other than that, I'm relatively relaxed in who could move in once these basics are met!

The Flat and Room available:
There is a shared living area, which has plenty of storage space and is generally quite spacious. Features a washing machine and dishwasher also.
The room is small-to-medium in size with a double bed, located on the first floor. Some shelving is available in the room but no wardrobe is there currently. There is a bathroom right beside the room which includes a bath. Unfortunately no shower is in this bathroom.
Rent is £400pm and this does not include electricity, gas or wifi. I'm not long in the flat myself, so will need to base those on use once someone has moved in.
