It has fitted kitchen with washing machine and gas hobs. There is wool carpet throughout apart from the kithen/ living and bathroom. It has been decorated within the last three years in a more neutral modern style. Close to Park, shops, bus stop and 25mins walk to city centre. The apartment is at the back of the building so it actually very quiet and there is plenty of room to park in the street! No dogs are allowed in the building but we are happy for you to have a house cat if it is trained.
