Double Room Apartment

Hey, I have a double bedroom for rent in a shared open plan apartment. It is situated close to Ormeau road, Stranmillis, Botanic gardens and walking distance to Queens University. I am a young professional working within the health care sector. I'm fairly easy going but obviously expect that the new tenant is tidy and respectful of the shared spaces. The initial let is for 6 months but can be extended if all's goes well.

I will upload better pictures of the bedroom soon. Just to let you know the desk and chair does not come with the room as belongs to current tenant.
