Furnished Double Room

Double room to let in a 3 bed house located on Ormeau Road.

I work in IT hybrid, so in office 3 days and at home 2. Have lived my years in party houses so over that stage now, I generally do my own thing and quite laid back regardless. Like to be clean and respectful of other people, also like for whoever moves in to make the house their own so they don't feel like a guest in someone elses.

Rent for the room would be £400 plus bills. Broadband would be £12 a month then there would also be electric and oil which I just put in randomly, the house is generally cheap to run.

There is also a spare room which is used for working in or if there are guests staying.

Parking is on street.
