A cosy place at 5-min walk from Ormeau Park

I’m sub-renting my room in an apartment with 2 bedrooms to be shared with another female.

Apartment has a living room, bathroom and kitchen to share with only ONE other flatmate. The room is fully furnished but does not have a desk.

Looking for a female flatmate, as the other other tenant is female (short term considered).

Room is available from mid-May till December (possibility to extend depending on the situation). Short-term can be discussed (Option from one week (£200 per week) to 4-6 months).
Please be aware it's only for one person. Don't do couples.
And don’t do long term.

As easygoing and traveler person, I'm often travelling for work purposes. And this time, my trip is longer. So, I'm looking for someone respectful of the other person space, tidy and ready to consider this place as their own without forgetting it belongs to someone else so any kind of destruction can't be tolerated :).
