House is ideally situated on the Lower Braniel Road, only a 4 minute walk to the nearest bus stop which as you can see from my pictures, gets you into the city centre at rush hour in 30 mins. To drive, this would take you at rush hour 20mins. Outside of rush hour these times would reduce to 20mins and 10mins.

There is a gym near by and a Lidl/Tesco all three only a 5 minute drive away or just off the main castlereagh road bus route which you would take to here.

There is also within walking distance a wine mark, sun-bed shop, chippy, Chinese and two spar shops. Also within walking distance is two lovely coffee shops.

We are also a 5 min drive and a 20 min walk from Ballyhackamore which has an array of restaurants and coffee shops.

There is one bathroom downstairs and one upstairs for communal use.

The garden to the rear is south facing and a fantastic sun trap in the summer months and great for bbqs.

The room has panoramic views out over belfast.

I am a young professional who works a blend of in the office and at home. I am very laid back, friendly and enjoy socialising and hanging out as a house in the evenings.

I am very clean and tidy and like to keep the place in good order, whoever comes in would need to be on the same page. We do have a cleaner who maintains the communal areas, inclusive in the price advertised. The only ask is that you clean up dishes and when cooking etc. The cleaner only cleans the floors, bathroom and gives the place a general tidy.
