Double room available in newly renovated townhouse

Hey, we are looking for someone to rent a double room in our recently refurbished townhouse, located just off Belmont road.

We are a professional couple looking to share our home with another professional who is clean and respectful.

The room is located on the third floor. It's really bright and spacious. It is furnished (as shown in photos) however if you want to replace anything with your own furniture that's fine :)

The house has recently been renovated. There is a shared bathroom on the second floor. The kitchen has lots of amenities like a coffee machine and smoothie maker. There is a garden out the back with seating which gets lots of sun in summer.

It's a really nice and quiet street with lots of convenient shops right beside. There's a coffee shop with a hatch a few doors down.

A bit about us...we are both hardworking, love to cook, socialise, travel and meet new people.

We are looking for a professional preferably.
