Self contained modern studio available at Swanston House (Student Roost) for short term 1-week stay (as an alternative to hotel/airbnb) when searching for an accommmodation. Available from 26th August, 2023 to 2nd September from 20th January, 2023 to 2nd September, 2023. Located in a prime city centre location close to all amenities. All bills are included within the price. Common lounge room areas ,board gaming areas, cinema room and quiet study rooms are also provided for free within the building. The rent is 169 for the week. Also, if you like your stay in student roost for that one week, you can further extend your contract with student roost for 51 more weeks at a similar studio at Great Patrick Street (another similar student roost building int he heart of the city centre).
