Entire Flat - Large Flat For Female Professional

I am renting a 2 bed property with a large bedroom, living and dining room with bay windows, a separate kitchen, a bathroom that has a shower and bath and a communal garden! This is a temporary rental from approx 18 Dec - 16 Feb (can be flexible on dates) while I am travelling! The flat would be all yours during this time apart from for less than a week where I would be there :)
The room is a bit different now as there is no longer a chair there but instead a wardrobe and chest of drawers.
It’s really near the bus stop and less than 10 min walk to ormeau road.
Looking for a likeminded female housemate to take my flat while I am away travelling - you would have the flat to yourself apart from for about 6 days when I would be home!
