Double room in bottom floor apartment

Hi, I recently bought a house and am looking to rent my spare room.
All the furniture Is brand new and nobody has used the mattress.

I am quiet and am super clean.
My partner is very similar, so somebody who is not a big party animal would be ideal.

We both work full time and sometimes weekends so you would have a lot of time during the days by yourself if you needed to work from home or study.
If you did need some company I have the friendliest and best girl German shepherd called Stella..

Also, the rubber mats in the sitting room are used for weights and weight machines I bring from my room out sometimes, and some kickboxing bags ect. You are more than welcome to use it anytime..
