Twin room and single room for rent

Dia duit! I'm hoping to rent out a twin room in my west Belfast terrace. You'll have the floor to yourself as it's the only room on the top floor. If you want to have both beds, or you'd prefer we sort out who you'll be sharing the room with, rest assured you'll be well looked after either way- this is a no BS arrangement and your comfort is our top priority. There's also a nice single room available for 300.

It's only myself and my partner currently (IT worker and student nurse), and a couple of cats.

We're really easy going and accommodating, and we can work to suit you and make your life agreeable to a fair extent. The price listed is per-bed as such, so if you were to rent the full room that'd be 400 altogether.

Also, the photos of the room have a double bed as we've not yet split it yet- just in case you were unsure.
