Hello! I have a double room available in south Belfast. I am moving to France for a year and I will be back in Belfast occasionally, so you will have the house just for yourself most of the time. The house has 2 bedrooms, a spacious and plenty of natural light living room, a cosy kitchen, bright bathroom and a tiny outside space .The room is spacious and furnished.

I am looking for someone clean, tidy and reliable, willing to look after the house while I am away.

There's no broadband at the property so you will need to arrange your own Internet. Gas and Electricity are on a meter so you will pay just for what you consume.
