One cozy and most warm single room for rent. Shared bathroom, private keys for the room. The house is located just opposite a bus station to the city centre. We are looking for a friendly quiet person (female preferred but tidy male also ok) that won't smoke inside the house, ok to help cleaning all common areas that are used - especially after yorself, and pay the rent on time.
