Peaceful and safe surroundings. Nearby regional park, shops and bus stop nearby. 25 minutes to city centre and 10-15 mins to Queens University and Botanic district, cafes, cinema, bars etc.
I'm very easy to get along with and very experienced at hosting. The apartment is always clean and tidy and I'm respectful of others privacy.
