Rooms in East Belfast detached property

Rooms for rent in a modern detached property in East Belfast, with off-street parking. Both rooms share the main bathroom.

I will be away during the week (typically only about at weekends) so tenants would have the place to themselves.

One room is a double. The other room is a bit smaller - would fit a double bed (currently has a single which converts to a king size) - happy to purchase a normal double bed for the space.

There is an open plan kitchen, dining area downstairs, a separate living room, downstairs toilet and utility room.

No smokers / no pets / not suitable for home workers. Only looking for clean, tidy tenants who will look after the house whilst I’m not about.
