House in quiet location on Connswater Greenway

I am a retired charity manager who travels a lot, enjoys outdoors, and cycles everywhere I can.
I love this house. It is right on the Connswater Greenway ((Marshwiggle Way) so very accessible by bike and on foot. There is on street parking but also a bus stop right at the door.
There is a very pleasant garden to the rear, with covered patio, with a small garden at front. The house is in a cul de sac, with grass and mature trees, and only 6 houses with the loveliest of neighbours.
Ideally I am looking for someone with similar interests, and preferably someone committed to active travel. It would really suit someone who primarily gets about by bicycle, although not a strict requirement.
I will be away from the home regularly and usually for several weeks at a time so for much of the time you will have the house to yourself / yourselves. I probably prefer a single person, as the house is not huge but open to couples also.
Lastly while I am a very relaxed person I am quite careful about sharing my home (naturally?) so if I don’t find a good fit (for both parties) I will not proceed and will look at other options.
