Renting a Single Room on Lisburn Road

I have a 2 bed flat on upper Lisburn Road with a spare room that has a single bed, bed side locker, drawers and wardrobe rails. (Sorry not an updated pic with furniture). The flat has one bathroom and private parking. Fully mod-cons. I have a washing machine and is fully furnished. The back garden looks out onto Balmoral golf course with a lovely view. Because there is a private driveway in, it's very quiet with no traffic noise. I am a PhD researcher working 9-5 monday to Friday. I'd like to find a flatmate with a similar lifestyle to my own who is tidy, clean and respectful of other's space. References required. The flat is right beside a bus stop (sub 30 second walk) and 0.8 mile drive onto the M1. Lots of shops, cafes and restaurants nearby. Flat is fully equipt with appliances and mod-con's.
