My course ends in June and I will be moving back home, and therefore looking for someone to take over my tenancy from mid June to August 10 when my contract ends.

This accommodation is in a great location, only a ten minute walk from the main campus of Queen's University and close to many pubs and shops.

It is a clean, tidy apartment with a private kitchen/living room, a bedroom with a large bed and a nice bathroom.

It is £200 a week with bills included such as heating and wifi. The apartment comes with an Off-Peak gym membership included,.

The new tenant must be an undergraduate or postgraduate students studying on a full-time basis at Queen’s University Belfast/ studying on a Queen’s validated Foundation programme (delivered through Belfast Metropolitan College or Southwest College,) or studying on a full-time course at other higher and further education institutions in Northern Ireland.
