I am existing tenant in this property, and have a double room for rent due to current housemate moving out.
Landlord lives in London, however will come over from time to time (generally Christmas)
The bedroom is furnished with a bed, mattress, chest of drawers and a wardrobe.
The house is about a 15 minute walk away from the city centre, 5 mins from Lanyon Place Train Station, with Ormeau Park a 2 minute walk away and close to local amenities.
Rent includes rates and Sky Broadband.
A bit about me - I am 32 years old. I work as a passenger services agent at Belfast International (so my work schedule includes early mornings and some late nights). I enjoy cooking and making wax melts/candles. On my days off I enjoy relaxing with some tv, or gaming on the ps5.
I am gay male, as is the landlord and current tenant - so ideally would like someone else LGBTQ+ to move in or someone who is LGBTQ+ friendly.
