Hi I’m Peter, the live-in landlord of a wonderful terraced home on a fabulous street in a quiet nook of North Belfast just off the Cavehill Rd.

I have a bright & cozy furnished room w a single bed available for the rental market from the first of October ( tbc).

I’m fielding expressions of interest from prospective tenants & can offer a virtual tour & interview for suitable candidates as part of an interview to discuss your prospective tenancy to get to know one another.

If successful I will provide a bespoke tenancy agreement & will require:

- one full months rent £450is required as deposit
+
- the first months rent upfront (£450) in order to secure the tenancy & delist the advertisement.

eg) £900 paid up front prior to moving in via Revolut or Paypal.

Just to clarify, , this means you will not have to pay rent for the final month of your tenancy.


The room is situated on the middle floor of my home & would be ideally suited to a student or professional.

For gas & electric, energy prices are subject to increase this autumn with a review pending. A nominal sum may be requested depending on usage other factors which can be discussed as a shared household .
Current tenants: 3 males & 1 female all professionals. We all get along very well and are very easy going, friendly respectful and community oriented individuals.

Im a home owner, & a laid back musician /writer & value my privacy. I do my upmost to contribute to maintaining a clean, comfortable creative space for myself & occupants and we all do our bit. We are all busy, super friendly & cultured “blow-ins”.

The property is a 25 min walk / 10min cycle downhill to the city centre & located just off Cavehill Rd between the Waterworks & the Antrim Road. The bus service to & from town is excellent with transport routes into and out of the City. The 2J on the Cqvehill Rd & on the Antrim Rd. 1ABCDEFG buses mean. multiple options from dawn to dusk. The property is a short walk to local amenities inc Tescos, Iceland & Fort William + Cavehill Rd shops as well as restaurants and bars.

Internally there is a warm homely artsy modern feel throughout the property & benefits further from a small rear yard, not seen in too many shared properties, this is ideal for summer months!

An additional deposit may be requested for those staying one month+

For any prospective tenant, a face to face informal interview is customary & potentially a one month trial available ideally w/ the flexibility a month to month lease to Xmas or beyond depending on suitability. Open to longer term tenancies if agreeable.
