I have 1 spacious single bedroom for rent.
The room gets plenty of natural sunlight, it has a large radiator to keep you warm and a big window on the opposite side, with blackout curtains for a restfull night of sleep.

This room is for a very tidy, clean and respectful woman. This is a must.
No parties or people over without clear communication - this is for us both
This room is for a woman who works full time, can provide 2 references of previous rentals and it's honest.
🛑Very important 🛑 I am Cristian and live my life accordingly.
There's no alcohol, drugs, smoking, cursing, yelling, fighting, disrespect in my home.
There is kindness, respect, a lot of cleaning and listening to music.
