Room on Ormeau Road over Summer!!!

Girls preferred please!!! Room available on the Ormeau Road over the summer, as our housemate is leaving to work over in Greece :).
Around the corner from Ormeau Park and a five minute walk away from Dunnes Stores and Tesco Express.
The room is recently painted, with a mirror, double bed and skylight. The kitchen is newly renovated and we have a super homey living room, a back and front garden and a bike shed xx
It is a 5 bedroom house but only three of us are currently living there as another one of our housemates has moved back home. Over the summer there will be only two of us. Rent is due at the start of every month. We are very friendly and clean, and are more than happy to meet for a house viewing and a coffee!!!
