Spacious double with balcony

Spacious double with private balcony on the Ormeau road.

Shared bathroom with one other person.

Current roommates are two quiet professionals. We all have guests and gatherings sometimes but are also considerate of one another's needs around noise and would like someone similar.

The apartment has two designated parking spaces, but one is behind the other so you may have to coordinate with the other roommates.

The lease is about to renew so I can't guarantee they won't raise the rent, but its currently at 375. The lease renews on 6 June, but if you need to move in at the start of the month, we can prorate it. The mattress is mine and I'm planning to take it with me because I can't afford not to but if you would like to buy it let me know as that would be less hassle. Its been in an allergy-proof cover since I got it so its in excellent condition.

Access notes: there is a lift in the apartment block which goes down to the parking garage and up to the floor the room is on, but it does break every so often and there's only one.
