Looking for a new flatmate for my gorgeous apartment off Rugby Road. It’s a very convenient area, never had any issues with noise etc. My current flatmate has just bought a house so is moving on - I am also on the hunt for a house myself (so am only committing to a 6 month lease for now), but whoever gets the room is of course able to stay on if I do move on after the 6 months is up so it’s a good opportunity to get in somewhere lovely if you plan to stay longer!!
I am a young professional, clean, tidy, enjoying the peaceful life (minus work being a bit hectic sometimes!!). If I’m not working, out walking/gym or soaking up the rays in Ormeau Park I love my wee quiet nights in, the occasional night out or meeting up with friends for lunch/coffee.
Really value tranquility and home being a wee sanctuary from the busyness of life and would ideally like to find someone similar who is just a nice person, trustworthy, respectful, clean, tidy, considerate, enjoys their independence, not a party animal but fun to chat to/have a cup of tea if about in the evening 😁
