Lovely large double room available in a 2 bed flat. The flat is on the 1st floor with 1 bathroom and a large open plan kitchen/living room. The kitchen includes 2 fridge/freezers, and a washing machine/tumble dryer.

Monthly rent is not inclusive of all bills. These work out to roughly £50/month including gas, electric and wifi.

The flat is placed close to Botanic Avenue with lots of eateries as well as easy access to the city centre, Ormeau Road, and Stranmillis. It's also very close to Queen's University Belfast and local bus routes are easily accessible.

I'm currently a PhD student at QUB and am ideally looking for a postgraduate researcher like myself or a working professional. I sometimes work from home but I am generally in the office, there's lots of space in the flat for whatever work schedule you have. I'd love to find a flatmate that I can explore the city with and find cool new places to eat, but also understand the importance of personal space!
