Student Roost Belfast: Rent Takeover

Note: This is a single-bed ensuite Studio. The bed size is a double.

I'm looking for a student to take over my rent contract from the listed date (negotiable to a certain extent). My rent contract ends on the 28th of July, however the Student Roost staff are very friendly and helpful, and can help arrange extensions to the contract until whenever needed. The rental price of the extension may be cheaper than the listed rent.

Little Patrick Street offers vibrant accommodation for students in Belfast city centre. It's a 5-minute walk to Ulster University's city-center campus, and a 10-minute walk to the city center itself. It shares facilities with the neighboring location Great Patrick Street, which includes a cinema room and gym.

My room is Studio Bronze on the fifth floor, and includes:
Self-contained kitchen, bathroom, and living space
Double bed
Approximately 20.4 - 22.5m²
Underbed storage, desk, chair, wardrobe and full-length mirror included in the room
