For anyone looking for a student accommodation. I'm offering my contract for a Standard Plus room at Botanic Studios, Dublin Road. This room is on the 5th floor, facing the main street.

If you check Botanic Studios website, you’ll see that the current price for this room type is £214 per week, ✨BUT✨ since I booked early, you can take over my contract at just £202 per week, which is inclusive of all bills. That’s a nice discount! 😉

My contract runs for 51 weeks, starting from September 7th, 2024, and ending on August 29th, 2025.

The studio is fully self-contained and includes:
- A mini kitchen
- A double bed
- A study area
- Storage space
- A spacious bathroom

Additionally, there’s no extra charge for those who want to share the room.
