2 rooms available to rent just of the ormeau road.

Amazing location for queens university students, only 10 minute walk to library and 15 minutes to the student union. Also very close to the PEC just 10 minutes round the embankment. I am a medical student myself and I am looking for 2 people to live in a 3 bed house. The house is being decorating at the moment so the pictures are of what it looks like before the decorating being done and the furniture will be slightly different in each room. Both rooms will have at least a queens sized bed with storage within the bed. As one room is bigger than the other there is a difference in price. You will have a wardrobe and a desk provided aswell. Bills are not included and will be discussed when interest is established.
I am looking for people who are maybe in the same field as me but it’s not a necessity. I would like people who are clean and tidy not too much partying and just like quiet nights in and socialising with friends or who are athletes themselves and are interested in sport. Also would like them to be below the age of 25 so no one over this age please
