Double room in north Belfast

Double room to rent in north Belfast which is located near ulster university only a mile away from the city centre. City-side retail park which has access to a large Tesco’s, gym and other shops as well. It has a transportation system as well with access to buses and York gate train station is also very nearby.

It would suit a working professional or student. It’s a very quite area with lot of young working families and a lot of new construction in the area to make it more prosperous.

I have a large double room to rent with a walk in wardrobe and a cupboard with a desk and chair. All the bills are included such as WiFi, electricity, gas and bins. I also supply toilet rolls and sponges for cleaning. All of the repairs are taken care by myself. It is a fully furnished house with lots of amenities. Cooking utensils, plates, microwave fridges, freezers and washing machine.

I am a a 30 year old guy that works in the courier industry and construction industry, my girlfriend stays over a lot of the time. So we’re are usually a lot in the house. We also have a pet cat called Elsa. It’s a very small female cat that’s very quiet and usually keeps to herself.

I’m considering long and short term lets. If you are considering short term 1-3 months I can consider liaising the deposit if you are taking it for a short period of time.
