Double room available to rent from 01 July 2024. This date can be somewhat flexible, depending on the suitability of the applicant and approval of the estate agent.

The room available is a large double bedroom. This room is furnished with a double bed and a large wardrobe. This tenant would be sharing a bathroom with the current tenant. The shared bathroom has a bath as well as a gas shower, and is only shared with one tenant as the other has an ensuite.

There is a shared kitchen and living room, which is fully furnished. Washing machine is fitted in the kitchen.

There is secure parking in the property, and the apartment is in a gated complex in a popular area. Rent is extremely reasonable for the area due to the current tenant living here for many years, and bills are approximately £50/£60 per calendar month depending on time of year (Gas, Electricity and Internet). The entire property has been freshly painted within the last year, and is very clean and tidy.

The tenancies will be processed by the estate agent and landlord and will require both a security deposit and signing a contract. The length of the contract can also be somewhat flexible, however, ideally it would be for at least six months from the start date.

The current tenants are two young female professionals (26 and 29) who are wanting to stay in the Lisburn Road area, due to work commitments. The previous flatmate is moving out of Belfast to live with a partner. We are looking for new flatmate who is clean, friendly and sociable. Young professionals would be ideal.
