Beautiful studio in Belfast City Center

Hello everyone,
I am looking for students’ tenant to take over my student apartment at Vita studio in Bruce Street, Belfast. The contract is from the 7th of September 2024 to the 12th of July 2025. I am looking for replacement because I will be doing fieldwork for my PhD abroad, although I will continue to live in Belfast. The studio is located in a student accommodation. The building is in the City Center, 20 minutes’ walk to Queen’s University and Ulster University.
The studio is completely furnished, with a double bed, smart TV, desk, chair, bin, kitchen (microwave, sink, and fridge), bathroom (shower, sink, toilet), underbed storage, wardrobe, Wi-Fi. The flat has an amazing view of the Belfast mountains and the sunset in the background. The studio is on the 12th floor, with elevators, 20 m2.
The building has a lot of amenities which are included in the price (for free): group classes (yoga, cooking), gym, study rooms (collective and individual), housekeeping, breakfast during the week. In addition, laundry and dryer facilities are available.
I had a great time there. It was a very convenient place for me to meet other students, and it made my stay in Belfast so far, much easier. Price: 233 pounds per week, 44 weeks contract.
