En-suite double room for Rent

Hi👋 my current flat mate is moving out in August so I’m looking for someone to take her place. The room has an ensuite, built in wardrobes and plenty of storage.

I love this apartment, it’s open plan, nicely furnished and has a balcony with a view of cavehill and the titanic area. It’s walking distance to the city centre.

About me: I work in recruitment and go to the office 5 days a week and go to the gym/CrossFit most nights after work. I’m pretty busy and in good routine during the week. My partying days are over but that doesn’t stop me going on the odd night out and enjoying a glass of wine from time to time. I like to keep the apartment clean and tidy so looking for someone similar.
