- 15 minute drive to Ulster hospital and Royal Victoria hospital

Also offers excellent convenience to the array of local shops and amenities nearby on the Belmont Road. The location boasts ease of access to Belfast City centre for the city commuter and also close at hand are Connswater Shopping Centre and Retail Park.

This room includes access to living room with 50 inch TV as well as access to prime video on the TV. The kitchen amenities include a washing machine, oven, air fryer, worktop stove, microwave, kettle and toaster. There is ample on street parking. There is a modest garden space.

The price is inclusive of wifi and gas central heating. Electricity is on a meter that will need topping up on a pay as we go basis.

I am looking for someone who is very clean and tidy and likes to maintain their living space as such. I have had the house deep cleaned including the carpets so having shoes off in the house means they stay nice and clean ☺️ Someone who is relaxed and doesn't take themselves too seriously but is reliable, friendly and polite. Also someone easy to get along with and thoughtful.
