Ensuite Double Room - From Sept 2024

We're looking for someone to move in with us from September 2024. The exact date isn't fixed, but should be at the start.

We would like to find someone within our age range (24-30). The household for the coming year will be two males and one female; with no preference.

We would ideally like a working professional with a 9-5, though this is not a dealbreaker, and would not be looking for someone who works permanently from home.

The room is a double and has an en-suite with a shower. The house has a large open plan living room / kitchen, private off the street parking with electronic controlled gates and a large roof terrace.

We are off of Stranmillis which has a good selection of shops, and about a 10-15 minute walk to the Tesco on Lisburn Road and 20-30 minutes to the City Centre.

The current housemates all met here on SpareRoom within the last two years. We are sociable people with a mixed range of interests. Ideally we would find someone who enjoys spending time in the shared living space, and going out together.

Electricity bill works out to be roughly £20-£30pcm (paid quarterly), and our gas bill has been around £40 pcm in winter but much less in summer. Broadband is currently £10 a month (Virgin Media 500mb).

We will only offer in person viewings and will hope to find someone by the end of July.

A deposit will be required when signing for the property. A history of payslips will be needed to show income, and you will also need a guarantor.
